Assessments
The Organizational Culture Team Report reveals how teams experience their organizational culture and enables team leaders to understand how the team is performing and coping in their environment. It utilizes the “Westrum Continuum” and the research of Professor Ron Westrum to classify the organization’s cultural environment, identify problematic behavior, and provide insight into the changes leaders can make to ensure a more generative team. The survey takes an individual less than 20 minutes to complete.
Organizational Culture Team Assessment
The Organizational Culture Team Assessment is suitable for a single team with a minimum of five members and a maximum of 25 members. The Team Leader receives a survey link to send to each member of the team, setting a deadline for responses (minimum 1 week). Once complete, the Team Leader receives their report containing the assessment questions and answers, a diagnosis, and good practices.
Organization Culture Multi-Team Assessment
The Organizational Culture Multi-Team Assessment is an additional report, building upon the information gathered in the initial team report. This is suitable for a group of teams within a It is available in the following sizes and costs. Each member of the team receives a survey link. Once complete, each team leader receives an Organizational Culture Team Report for their team containing the questions and answers, the diagnosis and the good practices.
