History

The founders of Shared Vision Toolkit have over four decades experience preparing and facilitating meetings and are regarded as some of the world’s best practitioners. We practice and teach Design-Centric Facilitation™,  helping people add co-creation tools and techniques to enhance their meetings. The training and coaching we produce helps people learn how to design and deliver effective meetings. Shared Vision Toolkit provides services to support meetings as well as online courses, teaching workshops, and learning sets for a range of different roles. 

Sarah Greer, Adrian Peryer and Merralee Retallick have extensive experience in working together designing and facilitating strategic sessions. We help people visualize their desired outcomes, create shared visions, and plan the evolution of their operating models. For the last 25 years, we have centered our work in the technology sector and are well known for facilitating engaging Customer Advisory Boards for leading enterprise technology companies. We worked together in Hewlett Packard’s global advisory practice ENVISION The Art of the Possible and continue to deliver the Customer Advisory Board for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Sarah Greer originally trained as an artist and now practices and teaches live co-creation, handwriting, illustration, and the design and use of visual frameworks. Adrian Peryer originally trained in counseling and social work and now practices and teaches live co-creation, facilitation, and the design and use of visual frameworks. Merralee Retallick originally trained in engineering and now acts as the Chief Platform Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Shared Vision Toolkit.
