Kory Hubbell has a shared history with several Shared Vision Toolkit team members, having been a part of HP/Hewlett Packard Enterprise/DXC’s ENVISION practice from 2015 to 2020. From there, he went on to help further develop a similar program at Amazon/AWS called Executive Visioning from 2020 until 2025, where he led and facilitated high-stakes, partnership engagements with C-suite executives from across Amazon, and only its most strategic customers.

With an extremely rare blend of creative, people, and strategic skills, rooted in art, design, illustration, and storytelling, and with over ten years in corporate America as a graphic facilitator and visual strategist, Kory brings both fresh ideas and reinforces tried-and-tested frameworks and methodologies to the SVT team.

Kory holds a BFA from Columbus College of Art and Design. He continues to help his customers tell their stories through art and design, and strives to find a work-life balance between the work that he so loves, and his wife and three kids that he loves even more, from their home in Columbus, Ohio.
