Where a Customer purchases an assessment or survey Product, we may collect responses from individual participants designated by the Customer. Assessment responses are used to generate team-level and, where purchased by the Customer, organization-level reports for the Customer.
Assessment responses are based on participant perceptions at a specific point in time. We do not provide Customers with individual respondent answers, scores, profiles, rankings, or categorizations. Individual responses are aggregated and de-identified before being included in any report delivered to the Customer. Assessment results are provided for informational and organizational development purposes only and are not intended to be used as the basis for employment, promotion, compensation, disciplinary, termination, or other personnel decisions.
We retain assessment data for the duration of the Customer relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless earlier deletion is requested. With respect to assessment respondent data collected to deliver reports to the Customer, the Customer generally acts as the data controller and Shared Vision Toolkit Inc acts as a data processor.
To the extent Shared Vision Toolkit Inc uses aggregated and de-identified assessment data for its own purposes, such as benchmarking, analytics, product improvement, research, or trend analysis, Shared Vision Toolkit Inc acts as an independent data controller for those activities. Any benchmarking is performed using aggregated and de-identified data and is not intended to identify any individual respondent or Customer.
The legal bases for processing assessment respondent data include the legitimate interest of the Customer in understanding organizational culture and team dynamics, and Our legitimate interest in performing and improving the services contracted by the Customer.
